For organization registration: Organization name, contact person, phone, email, address, and details about the services offered.

For prayer requests: The text of your prayer request and whether you choose to share your name or remain anonymous.

We do not collect: Browsing history tied to your identity. We never collect immigration status or criminal history — ever.

2. How We Use It

  • Match people seeking help with verified organizations that provide relevant services.
  • Facilitate warm handoffs between you and an organization — only with your explicit consent.
  • Operate the prayer community features.
  • Verify organization credentials and maintain platform integrity.
  • Aggregate anonymized metrics to improve our service (no individual identification).

3. Who We Share With

We share your information only with the specific organization matched to help you, and only after you give explicit consent.

Your information is never sold. It is never shared for marketing purposes.

Platform administrators may access information for safety review and platform integrity.

We will disclose information to law enforcement only in response to valid legal process (such as a court order or subpoena). When legally permitted, we will notify you before making any such disclosure.

4. Your Rights

  • Revoke consent at any time — this immediately stops all sharing of your information with any organization.
  • Request deletion of your data from our systems.
  • Access what information we have about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.

5. Data Retention

  • Identified records (help requests, contact information) are purged 90 days after case closure.
  • Aggregated statistics are retained for platform improvement but contain no individual identification.
  • Prayer requests are retained according to the visibility setting you choose when submitting them.

6. Mandatory Reporting

Tennessee law requires us to report suspected child abuse or neglect, and suspected abuse of vulnerable adults, to the appropriate authorities.

We disclose this obligation to you before you share information with us.

We promise confidentiality except where the law requires action to protect a child or vulnerable adult.
